Manufacturer warrants watches to the original consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase that the purchased watch is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty DOES NOT include wear or alteration to the case, strap or bracelet, and crystal (lens), as well as water damage (unless marked “3” water resistant). This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
